ABOUT

With a Master of Business Administration and a background in economics and finance, Jason has extensive experience spanning aged care financial management, property development, and business analysis, both locally and internationally.

Jason spans financial analysis and board financial reporting for complex aged care sites with residential aged care beds from 90 to 213, Independent Living Units and Community Care with 750 clients in Victoria and New South Wales. Development of financial models to track and review operational costs, establishment of KPI reporting and benchmark metrics for the board and management team at residential aged care facility, Wauchope, NSW; feasibility modelling for the St Agnes’ Parish aged care masterplan, including Emmaus Village residential aged care community, Port Macquarie, NSW.

With strategic property planning Jason is well placed to make a positive contribution to aged care commissioning. His experience includes local government property development and investment portfolio; strategic management of Essential Energy’s portfolio of regional commercial, industrial and electricity infrastructure assets; development manager of residential and mixed-use assets for Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Dubai Holding (Dubai, UAE – 2006-2011); portfolio management of residential golf course communities in Australia and the United States for Macquarie Bank (Sydney, NSW - 2004-2005).
