Her past roles include leading clinical education in a busy metropolitan Emergency Department, coordinating postgraduate emergency nursing programs, and overseeing quality improvement and digital health projects. She excels in managing educational needs, developing policies, educational frameworks, and enhancing staff competencies.
Additionally, her experience extends to the Rural Urgent Care Program at Alfred Health and has international curriculum development experience having delivered nurse education at Imperial Hospital Bangladesh. Stacey holds a Master of Nursing (Advanced Clinical Nursing/Clinical Teaching) from RMIT University a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Nursing from Melbourne University and is a published author, noted for her contributions to expanding nurse-initiated X-rays in emergency care.
